Detailed Description

The TA- Nikoda series wire wound DC motor connects the armature and the field winding in a series circuit. These types of motors typically drive loads that require precise speed regulation. The starting torque of a series motor is usually between 300 and 375 percent of full load, but can be as high as 800 percent of full load torque. These motors can be easily configured for 2-speed and 3-speed, as well as reversible models.

TA-Nikoda permanent magnet DC motors produce high operating torque and provide a relatively simple and efficient DC drive compared to wound-excited motors. High efficiency and linear speed torque curve are the main advantages of DCM permanent magnet DC motors. These motors are easily reversed by changing the polarity.
